Service Description

Route Nation Connections provides medical logistics and delivery services to healthcare facilities, including but not limited to specimen transport, supply delivery, and document courier services.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Properly package items according to medical standards
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations
• Pay for services according to agreed rates
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

Pricing and Payment

Delivery pricing is based on distance, service type, and additional requirements. All prices are quoted at the time of delivery request and are binding upon acceptance. Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after driver assignment may incur fees. STAT deliveries have stricter cancellation terms. Full cancellation policy is provided upon service signup.

Liability and Insurance

Route Nation Connections maintains appropriate insurance coverage for delivery operations. Liability for lost or damaged items is subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement and applicable insurance policies.

Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 availability, services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
